しばらくは追加で料金を支払わなければTroopの恩恵は受けられないと思いますが、Chatterから Slackへ移行の流れもできつつあるという噂も聞きますし、いずれはもっと使いやすくなるかもしれません。また、Teamsなどのメールや チャットを賄うツールと Salesforceを併用している企業さんがほとんどなので、そうなると「Troopを使用して連携させる」という選択肢を取ることも増える気がします。変化と進化が止まらない Salesforceさんに置いていかれないように、必死に食らいついていきます！
